Janky warehouse in South Central LA. Nice conference room inside. Nines, Chou, Armando, Valdez, Damsel sitting at table. Man with bushy beard next to Nines - Smiling Jack. Nines says it's his last night in town and nominates Jack to be the Council's new Warlord. Seems to have had beef with Chou in the past but they are friendly now. Chou nominates Marigold to be Nines' replacement. Damsel seconds, Armando and Nines vote yes; Valdez abstains.
Barons Fisher, Amethyst, Nelli, Victor, and "empress of the Inland Empire" Irena enter. Ib as well. 3 nominees for Baron: William Fordham - Theodora's enemy and childe of Isaac Abrams, Bela, and Wheats Vandermont. Marigold speaks up and asks why "this Camarilla dick is here." He makes a speech about bridging the gap between Anarchs and Camarilla. Marigold thinks he seems "less Cam" than most but is still opportunistic and perhaps slightly misrepresenting things. Theodora speaks for Dracula. Fordham speaks and says we need to respect traditions and level heads. Nelli, Theodora, Dracula, Marigold, and Kaspar go back and forth. During the break Marigold sees Vlad as Jasper Cullen, Dominating Irena to vote for Bela. The Council breaks off and talks. Marigold endorses Bela again. Valdez and Armando vote for Fordham because they are traitors.
Fisher, the Council, and Irena vote for Dracula. Nelli, Temple, and Amethyst vote for Fordham. Nelli suggests both candidates hold a court/party to determine the winner. Dracula and Fordham agree.
Theodora tells the Council that Sullivan Dane is in town. She reveals that Bite Club has a connection to Vlad and that he's been in town disguised. Kaspar steps out of the room and Jasper Cullen tells him to go back and deny that Vlad has been there. Kaspar does so and Mirpuri says that no one should listen to those stories.
Temple says his people have mentioned people that look like cops and gang members outside his club. Offers Theodora a chance to look at their files on it. Theodora offers Kaspar's video feeds. Chou says he questioned one -- he talked, but Chou doesn't know how reliable he was. Said a government man in a suit comes to his crew's house in Inglewood to give him orders. Theodora explains the story of Coven's amp and our surveillance outside their apartment.
Marigold chastises Kaspar for selling out Dracula by saying he never met "the real one." She tells Mirpuri that she wants to ruin Nelli's life. The coterie meets at the Asylum and Marigold calls Christina to meet her there so she can check for anything unseen. The coterie talks about how to thwart Fordham's party and Nelli. Theodora suggests that the Nosferatu could crash Fordham's place. Marigold says Amethyst is the one to sway and points out that she was at the first True Anarch meet up. Theodora and Marigold discuss their Hollywood contacts.
Marigold provokes a Premonition about how Fordham and Nelli will try to ruin the party -- she sees attractive people showing up to talk shit about how it sucks. She has Kaspar sketch them as she describes them. When they show up she Mesmerizes them to go to the Silver Palace and complain there instead.
Kaspar Fleshcrafts Christina and himself into super hot women to infiltrate The Silver Palace and talk shit. Marigold uses Share the Senses on Christina.
Fisher is convinced by Theodora to fuck shit up at Nelli's studio.
Bela's big reveal happens as Coven plays.
Theodora's owl goes to the beach party at the Silver Palace to make it windy.
Marigold sees someone looking like they're trying to blend in and sending texts. She tries to Mesmerize him but fails and he closes his eyes as if he knows what's happening. She calls security and claims he was groping girls on the dance floor; security zip ties him and takes him to the office. She calls Mirpuri and Theodora. Theodora Entrances him and we interrogate him. He says he's looking for Blanks. Marigold calls Chou to join them. He won't say who he works for but he lets Theodora take his wallet. Marigold rifles through and steals $68. Marigold and Mirpuri think it's all fake cards and IDs. Theodora Frenzies and Chou restrains her. Mirpuri takes his phone and uses his fingerprint to unlock it. Messages to a random number - "band on," "dracula?" "pale people here." Seems to be recording with his glasses and using bluetooth to stream it to an app. Marigold hears the guards saying the police are there. The phone has no calls to police on it. Theodora calms down and goes to talk to them. They say they had a call about a kidnapping. Brandii tells them a guy was grabbing girls but they kicked him out. Theodora guides them around the club and they seem satisfied-ish and leave.
Kaspar sees Nelli leave in a huff, hearing something about the studio. Yung Sixxy passes out on the dance floor and Temple has people take him upstairs.
Marigold, Mirpuri, and Chou discuss possibly ghouling him and using him as a spy but decide it's too dangerous since he sent the video out. Chou violently interrogates him and Marigold leaves the room. Theodora returns and helps with the interrogation, playing good cop. Marigold returns when Chou exits. Theodora coaxes him into talking -- he says he's with the CIA. Marigold thinks he's telling the truth and that there are probably others there (Messy Crit).
