Herald waited outside under Mesmerism from Naylor, leaving MP alone with him. says he is "the voice of the C" -- procedure is very important. Main goal of meeting: "How do we take the next step?" N: "we do a series of small favors for each other - this goes both ways" -- gives MP a briefcase filled with money and low level masks (IDs resembling us)
MP takes out K and MP IDs and takes the rest, says he owes K an apology. Naylor says K is lesser, "I kiss the hand of one person; don't kiss the hand of some TB" Began to frenzy, demanded MP leaves.
She takes the briefcase, leaves with H. Naylor eventually followed and tackled H. Big fight. Pilby shot MG. H got Naylor good with his sword. Was shot AND KILLED by Pilby. MP escaped with the briefcase.
